33 Peachtree Place mixed-use facility in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a new apartment building with retail spaces for future tenant fitout on Level 1. The building is a combination low-rise/high-rise facility with nineteen (19) floors. The total project is approximately 405,000 square feet including 345 apartment units, approximately twenty-five (25) typical apartment units, retail areas for future tenant fitout, amenity spaces, storage and service areas.

Also, there is a parking deck with approximately 1060 parking spaces, encompassing approximately 380,000 square feet.

Amenities and common areas will include a leasing office at level 1, a clubroom at Level 2, a pool deck at Level 8 and a club and fitness area on Level 8.The parking deck will be permitted and constructed for occupancy prior to the apartment buildings.The project is to be designed to achieve LEED Certification
